Youth Health and Behavior Study

Thank you for your interest in our study! For this particular study, we are hoping to recruit Hispanic and/or Black early adolescents (between the ages of 10-14) who meet criteria for overweight or obesity to complete brief surveys about their emotions, health and behavior, and wear a watch to track their daily exercise levels. Your teen’s responses will help us learn ways to better support individuals like your teen. Participation is completely voluntary and there are no direct benefits from participating. There are no known serious risks for participating. Teens will be compensated for their time. If you and your teen would like to learn more about the study, please fill out the form below and a member of your research team will contact you in 24-48 hours.

They will not be participating in the intervention, just providing their feedback about it. They will also complete a survey about their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
